We had heard a lot about the movie Fire Proof, from the creators of Facing the Giants. It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Howard and I both bawled like babies and feel blessed to have seen this movie. It is a must see whether you have been married 1 year or 55. The story was so inspiring and definitely things many couples deal with from day to day, maybe just with different issues. I don't want to give too much away, but please see it! It was so awesome to finally see a movie that was "clean" and free of the usual main stream filth. Praise God!

Your dad starts 2nd shift Thursday, so I will be watching this movie. I really like the songs!
We missed it at the theaters - so we bought it on DVD. We have yet to find a 2 hr. free slot to sit down and watch it. . . some day.
i'm so glad you loved it! i also loved the songs in it. i purchased several from itunes since there isn't a soundtrack. (and i secretly loved kirk in the movie too, i just didn't want to admit it!)
