Shutter Project, Part 1

Our poor little home had no shutters, so as one of our spring outdoor projects, we decided to put some UP! We went with black, because of course that is what color our door is (however, I am wanting to replace that now too)...it was a different color and the previous owners repainted it...with a paint brush. Yipes, probably not the best choice.

Howard has done two windows so far and continues to soldier on. We have a long list of outdoor projects to get done over the next few weeks, but it is actually nice to have projects to do only on the outside instead of in, as opposed to our last house which needed serious help outdoor and IN. Phew, glad to be outta there.

As for me, I am sitting inside scouring the net for some good art to go on the walls and reorganizing my closet to make room for some new threads as a result of the damage I did this morning at the Loft. They should stop sending me coupons and free gift cards, it only makes me want to shop more! (I guess that was their intention haha)
