I almost fell out of the downward facing dog pose, when my dog, stood over the top of me wagging her tail. Howard and I, in our quest to be athletic, were doing yoga tonight (a personal fave of mine) and Sophie did not know what to think. She either licked Howard to death or just stood in the middle of us, looking like we were a bit loony. Finally, she retreated to where else-the bed, where I'm guessing she is worn out from watching us.
Sophia on the yoga mat relaxing and wondering what has become of her parents...are they nuts?
