Memorial Weekend Part 2?

Well, that's sort of a lie, because I don't have any pictures or any grand updates to give...but here's what I could muster up.
On Memorial Day, we went down to Milroy to visit the Wickersham's and celebrate. Cathy purchased an Ionic Detox Foot Bath for her massage business, so we all tried that out...it was very interesting! The dogs enjoyed getting to take the trip and tormented poor little Ginger!
Other than that we have still been working on the family room...here is a list of what we have done in the past few days...
-Finished painting the fireplace Boardwalk, which I LOVE! It looks so good. Sorry for not sharing a picture, I have been too lazy to charge my battery!
-Cleaned all of the beadboards, trim, and baseboards...repainted them white.
-Painted the inside of the kitchen door white, in preparation for Howard to put on a new white door.
-Howard finished the hardwoods! They look SO lovely!
-Painted quarter-round trim to go between the trim and hardwood flooring.
...and that's all I can think of right now. I have been a painting machine! I still need to re-caulk and touch up the walls with the Pebble Path before we move things back into the room. We are trying to get everything cleaned up really good in there before moving things back in. I'm also kind of redecorating...something I don't mind doing :)
Also, we ripped down the horrid blinds that covered the sliding doors and I've found the style I want to go for. So I promise, some pictures will come soon of all the new updates! It feels like a new room!
