Being sick and trying to get everything pulled together for Valentine's Day in a preschool classroom is rather crazy. We have been focusing on V-Day for the past two weeks and I'm ready for it to come to a close! I think I've received quite enough home-made valentines secretly left on my desk from the students! haha. While it's very cute, I'm just sick of finding hearts everywhere in the classroom. Tomorrow we are passing out valentines, watching a short Clifford V-Day movie, and making the CUTEST sock snowmen. They made them at my old school for Christmas time, but I also saw them online for a Valentine's Day present. I will post pictures of them, because I think they are just darling.
Anyways...here's what I've been doing all evening...making handmade Valentine's for the kiddos! They have some really great kits at Target...I started the tradition last year of making handmade cards and it really meant a lot to the kids-so I will continue!

Love the Valentine's! We keep hoping we might get to see you this weekend...I have a feeling you're going to be happy just be home sweet home, but if you feel like lasagna on Sunday--come see us!!!

We just learned that we will be going to a friend's wedding in the summer, and we leave from Ind airport, do you live close by?
