Yesterday was a crazy day, basically because I worked SO hard at school with conferences and preparing for next week...I didn't get home until 3 and didn't get to eat lunch! I'm very crabby and dizzy if I miss a meal, so this wasn't good. By the time I was heading back to Indy to get Howard I was barely hanging on. Well, finally we got to the breeder's home to pick up Oliver and he was even more handsome than I remember. We signed the AKC papers and were off! They gave us the third generation pedigree and it was quite impressive, Oliver's father has almost all champions on his side, which is good for Ollie's hunting future. He cried the entire way home and we felt sad for him. I guess it was hard to leave his little family! As soon as he got here though, to his "new home" he has been playing with Sophie ever since. He is hillarious and we are excited for the beautiful weather we're going to have this weekend to go walk the Monon and play in our big backyard. I only was able to snap a few photos, he's definitely not into being photographed yet like Sophie is, so I'll try to get more soon. (Oh, and did I mention, Ollie is 13 weeks old and weighs 27 lbs? His paws are also the same size, if not bigger than Sophie's. He's going to be a big guy.
Sophie being the big baby she is, laying in the BABY'S bed! Can you believe her? I can.

couple of things: 1) he's ADORABLE! i can't believe how big he already is! and 2) the picture of sophie in the baby bed is hilarious.

Congratulations You Silly Kids!!!!
I can't believe all of this family action is occurring and I didn't even know until Matt and Laura got here!! Ollie is gorgeous, and glad to hear that Soph is ok with things....I'd love to be a mouse! Things must have been getting too calm around the Wickersham house. I wish you could be here this weekend--you absolutely cannot believe Anna--she is such a little peanut--reaching for everything watching everything we do--that cute little smile that comes from her toes. She is strong and holding on to us, and just such a DELIGHT!!! I haven't told the kids, but I want her to stay behind...it's going to be hard to kiss her good-bye tomorrow. Have fun--keep those pictures coming. Love you!!!!
