Sorry friends, long time no blog they say...well I will mostly blame it on the fact that I misplaced my camera cord, leaving me no way to post fun photos, therefore my blog entries would have been pretty uneventful. However, I found it, so without further adieu, here are the two cutest pups in the world...

Not much else has been new honestly, just keeping super busy with my wonderful kindergartners and trying to keep up with housework, dogs, traveling...you name it. We did go to Stuckey Farms yesterday, which is a nearby apple orchard/pumpkin patch and it was very cute. We went with a couple we are friends with and picked our own apples, which was a new experience. Whitney took pictures, so I will try to have her send some over to me to post. There were so many apples to choose from but we came home with only two bags. And of course, we got a jug of apple cider, carmel apples, popcorn, red hots (dont ask, it was a craving!), and apple cider slushes! It was the perfect day and so much fun. Then we went to downtown Carmel and picked out some mums. I had been wanting some for my front porch to go with the new wreath I got last weekend at the Apple & Pork fest.
Here are a few pictures of the fall-esque front porch at 884...

I also plan to add some pumpkins in front of the mums on each side. I really want to do a mixture of white and orange. I LOVE white pumpkins. I saw in the Ballard design catalogue where they painted Fleur de Lis on them, which if I become motivated, will totally do. More pictures to come...!
For now, Howard is putting in a new kitchen sink. People, you would not believe how horrid ours was...I will add pictures to the next post so that I can show a before/after. Finally I will feel as though our sink is clean and I will have a sprayer! Hooray!
