Night at the Movies

I hadn't been to the movies in FOREVER but recently I broke that trend. Now that we live in Indy, there are many fab movie theatres, complete with red velvet plush chairs, that put the ones back home to complete shame. So I suppose I'll be frequenting the theatre more often!

First, while over Christmas mom and I saw Marley & Me.
This was such a cute movie and a tear jerker I might add. I'm sure most of you know WHY at this point, but I will not reveal in case. This movie reminded me of ornery Oliver and made me be a little more relaxed with some of the "bad boy" things he does, and helped remember all of the sweet things he does as well. This movie was very powerful and Jennifer Aniston did a great job as usual. Marley & Me really inspired me to start my children's book about Sophie & Oliver this summer! Stay tuned!

Next, with the girls last weekend, I saw Bride Wars.

This movie definitely suprised me! I thought it might just be another romantic comedy, but it really turned out to be so much more. It takes a lot for a movie to make me laugh out loud, but let me tell you-this movie was HILLARIOUS. Kate Hudson was so good as usual! There were some surprise twist and turns which aren't expected in a movie like this, which also made it extra good. This is a must see and a must own!
