Happy Thanksgiving! We had fun today in Kindergarten...we made shirts decked out with our favorite Native American symbols to go with our fancy headbands and beaded necklaces. We had a feast of snacks also and performed a Thanksgiving song for the other Kindergarten classes. THIS my friends, is why I teach Kindergarten. Mr. Wickersham even came in for the festivities...the kids were on cloud 9!

(And Oh, PS, I was dressed as a pilgrim girl, but took my bonnet off for the picture. Can you blame me?)
