I snapped this photo before heading off to work this morning of Sophie snuggled in between our pillows, and wondered, was there ever a cuter dog? Just look at that face. But that face was a dirty face, so we had to take on the daunting task of giving her a bath this evening which takes every bit of Howard's strength and my patience...she may have been bred to be a water dog, but she'll have nothing to do with it on her own accord. However, after getting a bath she's had a change of tune and is in the best of moods and ready to buck like a bronco-this is her trademark move. Take a peek at her being the wild puppy she is...

I can see we need to keep up with Allie and Maggie in our responses. Allie--when I saw your first message on Anna's blog--I was so happy!! Sarah & Howie--Christmas can't get here fast enough...we miss you so much. I've been terrible about corresponding, but I want you to know I check in with you every day...I just don't always have a chance to say hello. Love you.

Aunt B-We miss you guys so much too...I can't believe it's been this long! I know you're awfully busy with that new grandbaby of yours and things are so crazy here too-so it's ok we haven't been the best about our corresponding. We can work on that! haha XO!
