Have I already shared this recipe? If I am having momnesia (OK, so I'm not a mom yet...well to real children anyways, but our assistant principal says this and I think it's so funny!), I apologize. However, I just can't ever get enough of this chicken dip. It is amazing and a great party fix, if you're in need. Super easy too...here it is:

I have cooked this yummy-ness in the crock pot or oven, either way is fab. Beware, you won't be able to stop dipping!
In other news, things are looking good for us as we move along in the process of selling our home. Our buyer accepted all things to do with the inspection and we are waiting to hear that the appraisal went well, but we just heard that "no news is good news". So keep us in your prayers. However, it looks as though we are almost out of the woods, or so you might say, with our current home. Now we will just wait on the edge of our seats until May 8th. I could get SUPER excited, because inside I'm dying to just squeal with joy, but I like to reserve excitement until I sign the dotted line. Yes, that's right, after I sign like a bajillion times. Such fun.I got a small start on Sunday with packing because we really only have like 9 days to get it all wrapped up. You see, we are loading up our moving truck that Thursday, because we close after work on Friday...and move into our next home on Saturday morning. So, we aren't making many trips to and fro-we have one shot! Luckily this weekend is a three day for me, so I can get most everything packed away in nice little boxes. Packing actually isn't such a daunting task for me because it means a chance to start over in a place we are going to LOVE. It also means cleaning out what you really don't need and downsizing. I really enjoy large piles going to Goodwill....less for me to move!
...it is now time for me to hit the couch, just wanted to update all two of my readers haha. Thank you for all of your continued prayers and encouragements. They are literally what have carried me through all of this!
