Pictured above is the home we put in an offer on last night. Our first offer was low, but our agent said she thought it was a good offer. The home has been on the market almost a year in June, so hopefully they are ready to unload it. You can tell they are running out of space because their garage is packed completely full of stuff and every room, along with every closet is busting out the seams. I guess that's what happens after you have two kiddos. We don't really have any stuff though-so bring it on! haha
We are trying to stay realistic and not get too excited yet, but we just feel blessed to have found exactly what we were looking for. It couldn't have been more of what we wanted and for that we feel very confident. We walked in and "knew"...which I was thankful for, because this was the first time that has happened after looking at oh, some 30+ homes. I can usually tell from stepping inside a home if it will work or not...picky, I know!
I will keep you all in the loop of how things go...we will see when we hear today. Wouldn't that just be wonderful if they accepted??? (I would then have to think about thanking St. Joseph, JP! hahaha)
Continued prayers...and a Happy Easter to all!
