I'm sure all of you are on the edge of your seat JUST waiting to hear...the mystery man (with Garfield checks, mind you) countered back and came up a bit, phew. However, we countered back with the lowest we can go and are hoping he will accept it. Our realtor is going to advise his agent that we have already come down a lot and that this is the lowest we can do. Hopefully he will realize what an awesome deal he is getting and go with it!
I am hoping we will know something by this evening...or else I will have bitten off ALL of my nails! I'm glad Gram can't see them or else she would be disappointed! haha

Thanks Amy! We have found a place :) It has lots of beige walls, so it will need sprucing up! haha
well beige walls are better than frog murals right ;)
