Happy 4th

I wanted to post a little ditty before I got busy this weekend, since we will have some visitors arriving shortly. My parents and their new little dog, Molly, are coming to stay for the holiday. We are praying that the dogs don't mistake Molly for a squirrel/rabbit/large hamster and try to eat her, but I think we'll be OK.
I feel blessed that we are celebrating yet another 4th of July in such a wonderful country, where freedom reigns and God is so good. We continue to pray a special prayer for my bro-in-law, to the left, who is away serving this very country that we will be celebrating on the 4th. He has done a great job and managed to stay injury free in Kandahar, where he will be until early November. We will be very glad when that day comes and he is safely back home with family and friends. A special thanks to the men and women that serve this country so selflessly day in and day out.
Happy 4th of July! (Now neighbors, would you please stop lighting off your firecrackers and wait until the actual holiday? Really...)
