Here are a few photos of when, for a split second, Oliver stopped moving this weekend. No seriously, I'm exhausted. I know, I know kids are soooo much more work than dogs...pshhh whatever. I've cared for 25+ little, squirmy bodies for over 8 hours a day, for an entire school year and never been worn out as much as I have been by these gray friends, especially the bigger boned of the two. At first, Oliver thought Molly was a rodent, how could you blame him since his favorite toy is literally a carbon copy of her? He calmed down though, but only after I put him in a hold, much like I have been trained to do to restrain my outta control students. Score! He still would get overtaken by her fast movement across the floor and chase after her, way too fast and paw at her way too hard. I think he kind of got the hang of her though, by the time she left.

Molly was like Thumbelina and Oliver, like the Giant from Jack and the Bean Stalk.

The dogs are now sprawled out, passed out, on the floor. I predict little movement from them all day, which is fine by me. However, I am expecting a visit from the UPS man and I can guarantee they will be wide awake and in attack mode as soon as his snazzy brown boot and khaki ensemble hits the front steps. Guess I better get ready for the next escapade...
