Don't call us crazy, please.

Well, it has been on our minds for a long time...and since the Lord hasn't blessed us with a human child yet and we're hoping he won't for approximately 5 more years :), we have been considering adding to our canine family instead. I think it's kind of a coincidence that I just was thinking about it again this week and I looked online last night and was led to a specific breeder. She happens to live less than 10 minutes away from our apartment...and down the street from a house for sale we are interested in looking at. I went today just to take a peek at the puppies and meet the parents. There are two girls left out of the litter and they were so fun, and of course puppies. Sophie has been recently sulking a bit because she misses her doggie companions-Ginger, Heidi, etc. I am home with her all the time now and she always goes everywhere with us, but I know she misses the comradery of her four legged friends. I'm sure my dad would say I'm crazy, but he will spoil this little one with ice cubes (if you know Soph, you know her love of ice cubes) too I know! We'll keep you posted.
