Well I have some exciting and not-so-exciting news...so I guess I will begin with the exciting, right?!
My wedding planning website is finally up after making a thousand adjustments and just being my obsessive self...so PLEASE visit me at
tell your friends, tell your family, tell someone on the street, haha...no, not really, but I hope people view it and in turn I get some clients, yay!
On another note, the note I'm sure you're wondering about..."Well did they get a puppy?"...and the answer is no! Sadly, we went last night to look and Howard confirmed my thoughts that they just didn't have the same stature, characteristics, etc. that Sophia did when she was a little girl. Sophie is a special weimaraner because she is long, lean, tall, and has a beautiful face-some on the other hand don't have these characteristics and while they're cute as puppies, it's only a matter of time before they grow up into what you might not want them to.
Now, I'm not trying to be mean or say that we have "the best weimaraner", it's just that in every breed you look for certain things...the parents of this litter were both shorter in height and length and were a bit on the portly side...the faces weren't as pretty either. They seemed like great dogs though, but just not for us. I was a bit sad because I wanted Soph to have a sister, but I feel better that I didn't jump at the first puppy available. So until then I will have to try extra hard to entertain Miss Sophia Annabella Maria...our little Italian pup (which by the way we have no idea how she got all of her Italian names-we are far from Italian if you know us at all! haha)
(This was Sophie with her brothers and sisters as puppies...precious, huh?)
