Good News!

Yesterday we "unofficially" accepted the counter offer on our home, and today we officially did...so as of now, it's ours! Of course, there are still things like inspections, etc. that need to be done-so we can't say we're 100% home owners yet, but I doubt they will find anything wrong with it, however you never know. We are SO excited and I think both are kind of in shock at how quickly our prayers were answered. I don't think it's sunk in that we'll finally be heading "home" this time next month and that we can enjoy the simple things in life that aren't associated with apartment living. We have felt so lucky to be where we are living, but are ready for a change and to really be able to spread out. So thank you for your thoughts and prayers...I'll continue to keep you all updated!
