Things Happen Quickly...

I was just telling Howard tonight how crazy things have been lately (speaking of quickly...how is today already our FIVE month anniversary?!). It was just last week that I started a brand new job and then BAM, this house was placed in front of us, one that we LOVE and is perfect...it's funny how things work out.

Well, we don't have the house yet, but we did make an offer on it today and while our realtor called and said it was countered most likely-but not yet officially (realtor talk is a new language to me), we are within such a small amount of money that we will come to some sort of agreement. I was in the house today with our realtor, who by the way is amazing! Her husband is financing us-so we're working with a husband and wife team...they also have a weimaraner! We were so excited when we found this out today, how fun! Isn't it amazing how God places such wonderful and helpful people in your life? But anyways, I felt like I was at home already and so comfortable there. I just can't wait. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers-as you all know the home buying process can present itself with many twists and turns, but we're staying positive and hopeful...and I'll post something as soon as I get a more definite idea of where things are going!
