Laughing Taffy

I'm totally laughing yet again at Oliver-what's new since for the past few days I've been surrounded by dogs? As I'm sitting over at my desk doing bills (something I oddly enjoy) I hear him chewing away at something, however, completely into the piles of receipts, I think to myself-just a bone. Then I hear him go over to one of the end tables by our couch and rattle the bowl where the salt water taffy that Howard's parents brought back from NC are. I suspiciously look up to see him on his hind legs trying to select the perfect flavor. I quickly stopped him however, I immediately noticed his suddenly new minty fresh breath? He also still appeared to have something a little sticky in his mouth, as he was doing an awkward chew. I opened his mouth and saw remnants of a white piece of peppermint taffy, which I'm guessing he enjoyed (paper wrapper and all) very much seeing as though he was trying to go back for round two. The taffy has since been relocated to a higher level, Oliver however, is still on the prowl.
