Thank You, Mother Earth

Of course, I'm inspired by Oprah once again...I just love her. Today was a tribute to Mother Earth and how we can better our environment by simple things you can easily do. Julia Roberts and Sandra Bullock were on to talk about how they have gone "green". Julia talks of composting, which I'm not sure I'm quite ready to do yet due to my fear of an excessive amount of worms and Sandra talked a lot an eco-friendly cleaning recipe. After watching the show I have decided to start recycling. I went to our city's website and found the locations to drop off recyclables and what is accepted. It may be just one small thing, but I know it is helping the landfills stay just a teensy bit smaller. If just everyone did a few things our earth would be vastly changed. As another Earth Day passes by, I urge you just to make at least one change in your household or daily life toward bettering our environment...whether it's from buying organic food items, taking cloth bags to the grocery, or using more rags instead of paper towel...GO GREEN!
