Fetch Academy

This months Indianapolis Monthly Magazine (which we love-thanks to Maggie and Allie's saleswoman skills to help out their school magazine sales) focused its issue around pets! That's where I found "Fetch Academy" located here in Carmel, a doggie day care/dog training facility/and more...There is a particular class which we are going to sign Miss Sophia up for-Sports of All Sorts. We've been wanting to get her involved with her obedience, agility, etc. because if we breed her next year, it will be beneficial to us to have her trained in some areas to add to her repetoire, if you will. Sophie has always been one to love to jump high and jump like a deer over legs/tree limbs/you name it, she has a spring that even Tigger would be jealous of. The class description is...

This class is designed for you and your dog to enjoy an hour of games and agility. Play baseball, tic tac toe, go through tunnels, do jumps and weave poles to name a few. While you're having fun, you'll be working on attention, stay, leash walking and off leash work too.

I'm actually really excited to go too, it sounds like so much fun! Stay tuned as I'm sure there will be many Sophie stories to come once she's enrolled.

Thanks for the info! I'll honestly hit her up if I don't get it done before then :) Yes, the poor bassets, maybe they should do water aerobics? I feel like their ears would help hold them afloat! haha

except for the fact that they HATE water. yesterday it was pouring rain and i had to kick them out the door to go potty. Hewson got free and bolted for the front door..... crazies :)

Haha Aunt Bangs? No no not like real bangs, just a whispy side bang. I would never go back to the full fledged bang, don't fret! XO
