What's For Dinner?

This week I'm kind of struggling with recipes. I'm sure everyone has been in this bind-but I feel like I've cooked my repertoire of dishes within the past month or so and am ready for something NEW! We are a bit limited due to the fact that it's winter, equaling no grill. This week I came up with a few new ones via foodnetwork.com (shout out to Paula Deen, gosh I love that woman) and here's what I came up with...

Chicken Teriyaki, chicken & rice (Gram's recipe), BBQ pulled pork on asiago cheese rolls, and mexican chicken. Do you see the theme of chicken? I really love chicken and never tire of it, however I know I need to branch out. Anyways, I'll let you all know if any of the new recipes I'm trying out are fab, and I'll post them on here. Last week I made a really great taco bake from my Campbel's Soup Cook Book and a yummy chicken enchilada recipe from Howard's mom-I'll try to put them up as well. Happy cooking!

Sarah, thought of you tonight while I was reading my copy of "Real Simple" Do you read that? I have a feeling you will LOVE it. Every issue features new recipes.... I tried a few and the food is proven to be too grown up for Noel...
