TV Shows

So, while I feel that I've been abandoned by my favorite shows (Desperate Housewives, Grey's, etc.) due to this ridiculous writer's strike...Ok, maybe it's not ridiculous and I really have no idea what it's about-I just want my shows back! Come on people!

In the meantime Howard and I have been watching a few new shows and thanks to these new comers, I don't feel so un-entertained in the evenings, haha. Of course American Idol is on our playlist, but lately we've been huge fans of Jon & Kate plus 8 too. I can't even imagine having this many children and I absolutely love the way they handle it. They are hillarious and I feel Kate and I have the same sense of humor. I'm glad this family is getting some recognition so others can see what this truly unique and amazing experience is like. It's also refreshing to watch a reality TV show that isn't full of profanity and nudity, to name a few. Howard also is obsessed with Little People, Big World-I can't forget that one...I'll admit it's pretty good too.
UPDATE: Gluten free living is not so hot, however I continue to push through. Last night I made a gluten free/lactose free pizza. GAG. It was sickening. The dough had an indescribable texture, that somehow Howard downed like it were gourmet Italian...this man eats anything. I gagged twice and resorted to just eating more salad. The cheese was also horrid, being made of rice, with cheese flavoring. How is that even possible? Tonight's dinner will be more promising since it is just a simple chicken and rice dish. Amen.

you guys should get into CSI, the reruns are great and they're usually always on A&E and Spike...so good!

I get too scared and nervous when I watch those shows. I start looking out the windows and re-locking the doors. haha

Hanna got me onto John & Kate plus Eight and it's REALLY amazing! I LOVE watching how they deal with the daily problems and the different personalities of the kids. Thanks for reminding me the marathon is coming up. Yuck on the gluten-free diet!

love that show too, love the fact that Kate is just like me, no matter how busy and crazy the day is, she still has to - clean her floor! Hahaha. Don't some of these girls remind you of Noel. They have similar looks!

Yes some of them do remind me of Noel, but none as cute! (And yes, I agree about the clean floors...I will be the same way! :) )
